1. Who publishes this

The South Florida Filing Index is published by Sun Coast Digital Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company, document number L26000306690. Sun Coast Digital Media is a digital marketing agency. It sells websites, advertising, social media management and related services to small businesses in the same nine cities the Index covers, including, potentially, businesses that appear in these listings. Read everything here in that light.

Listings are free and cannot be bought. No payment, service relationship or refusal to buy anything changes whether a business appears, where it appears, or what the entry says.

2. What a listing is, and is not

A listing is a republication of a row from the Florida Division of Corporations daily corporate data file. It is not a verification that the business is trading, solvent, licensed, insured or reputable. It is not a credit report, a background check or a recommendation. Appearing here means one thing: a filing was released by the state.

Not a consumer report. Sun Coast Digital Media LLC is not a consumer reporting agency, and nothing on this site is a consumer report, as those terms are defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681 and following. You may not use anything on this site, in whole or in part, to decide whether a person qualifies for credit, insurance, employment, housing or a tenancy, or for any other purpose that Act covers.

3. Accuracy

We publish what the state file says and we do not independently verify it. State data contains errors, addresses go out of date, and entities dissolve. Accuracy is not guaranteed. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix or remove it, that is faster and more certain than any other route.

4. Correction and removal

Anyone can ask for a listing to be corrected or removed, at no cost, with no account and no proof of ownership: use the removal form. We do not condition removal on buying anything. Removal from this site does not change the state record, which remains public at Sunbiz.

5. Using what is here

The underlying filing data is a public record and is not ours to license. The Index's own selection, layout, wording and design belong to Sun Coast Digital Media LLC. You may read, quote, link to and share it, including quoting it in an AI assistant's answer. Please do not scrape it wholesale to rebuild a competing directory, and do not use it to send unlawful marketing.

Whether you may lawfully contact a business listed here is your responsibility, not ours. Federal and Florida telemarketing law, including the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act and the federal Do Not Call rules, applies to you regardless of where you found the number.

6. No promises about the site

This site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows we exclude warranties that are not expressly stated here, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on a listing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects a consumer right you have under Florida or federal law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Broward County, Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
