This page covers two different things: the information we publish about businesses, which comes from a public record, and the information we collect from you if you fill in a form here.

Every listing is compiled from the Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz) daily corporate data file — a public record published by the State of Florida. We republish the entity name, entity type, document number, filing date, principal address, city, county and a category we assign ourselves.
Some of those addresses are homes. Florida requires a principal address and a registered-agent address on every filing, and for a great many small businesses that is where the owner lives. We did not choose those addresses and we cannot change the state record. We can, and will, take a page off this site.
We do not publish anyone's email address, phone number, date of birth, signature or any government identifier, even where a filing contains one.
Use the removal form. No account, no proof of ownership, no reason required, and nothing to buy. Removals are actioned within two business days: the page is deleted, the entry comes out of the issue page, the city page, the archive, the sitemap and the RSS feed, and search engines are asked to drop the URL.
Removing a page here does not change the state record. That stays public at search.sunbiz.org, which is outside our control.
Three forms on this site collect information, and only when you type it in:
There is no analytics on this site, no advertising tag and no tracking pixel. Our host records the IP address of every request as ordinary server logging; we do not use it to build a profile of you and we do not combine it with anything you type into a form.
A submission goes to n8n, an automation service, which validates it, stores it and posts a notification into our own Slack. The Wire Desk reads it there. That is the whole list: no advertising network, no data broker, no analytics provider, and nobody who receives it for their own purposes.
Removal requests are the exception in one direction: once a removal is confirmed to you, the name and email you gave us for it are deleted.
This site sets no cookies of its own and there is no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Our host may set a security cookie as part of protecting the site.
If you subscribe, you get the weekly issue and nothing else. Every email carries a working unsubscribe link and the publisher's postal address, and an unsubscribe is honoured across every list we run, not just this one. We do not sell, rent or share the subscriber list.
Email suncoastdigitalfl@gmail.com or call or text (954) 952-3611. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within a reasonable time and never charge for it. These are choices we offer everyone, not a right that depends on which state you live in.
More precisely, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, send you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. We answer every request within 30 days at the latest, and honour newsletter and marketing opt-outs within 10 business days. Requests sent through the form below are logged with a due date the moment they arrive. If your request is about a business listing rather than about you personally, the removal page is the faster route.
